Anyone interested in an article I've written? (Now w/ poll)

Postby DennisMM on Wed Dec 28, 2005 10:53 pm

Quite some time back in the 'Lana is Hot, but ..." Smallville thread, bluebottle and I exchanged a few questions and answers about The Flash, inspired by the Smallville episode about Bart Allen. As a result, I've written a history with some commentary on Wally West's career through Flash 100, with plans to cover the book through 225 or so at a later date.

I posted a small portion of the piece to a few of the beta testers, asking for their opinions, and got positive feedback. Would anyone like to see it in the comics forum? I'll have illustrations and such once I format them, which should be in a couple of days.

Let me know here. Thanks.

Personally, I'm an atheist in the voting booth and a theist in the movie theatre. I separate the morality of religion with the spirituality and solace of it. There is something boring about atheism.

I'm not quite done, dammit! Really, truly. I'm putting the last of it into final manuscript, fut I'm still getting images, lots of it reading and scanning. By New Year, I swear!

The way I see it, people can choose to ignore at it leisure the same way they can choose to ignore anything else. I'm certainly interested, and I have a feeling a lot of other people will be too. Now if you don't want to show it to every single person but only the people who PM you, that's another story.

I'd read it.

Well, maybe not read it, but I'd look at the pictures.

There . . . are going to be pictures . . . right?

Yes, please post it. I'm curious about any superhero mythology/history. And the Flash I know next to nothing about...
