I heard he wasn't even birthed. That he just appeared in a golden halo of heavenly gizz.

If by suncream you mean what happens to me every time I watch that scene in Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered where Buffy does the litle striptease thing for Xander while under a love spell, then the answer is a resolute and undeniable YES!!!

Oh, and I'd also like to thank him for his episode of 'The Office' by hurling a candy bar at him and setting a live bat loose in his office.

Doesn't George Lucas have a tremendous head of hair? It's really fantastic, especially next to Joss there.

It's actually applied much like Vader's helmet in Empire Strikes Back.

I find his lack of chin disturbing.

Not the chin, the ponderous, trembling waddle of skin beneath. It's like he trims his beard line so you can tell where his head finishes and that goitre-like appendage begins.

Joss Whedon's calendar goes straight from March 31st to April 2nd; no one fools Joss Whedon.

Not to defend Peven or anything, but I think the fact that it's no longer Whedon's birthday might have helped with that.

Actually they played "Serenity" at many theatres across the U.S. (even my lowly city of Des Moines, IA participated) and Europe for Whedon's birthday. My local comic store had a flyer... The idea was to celebrate Joss's birthday by watching Serenity and giving to his favorite charity... some Woman's Global Amnesty thing (who cares, it's not important :P ).

I didn't go because the theatre, Fluer Cinema, carried it and the place literally sucks balls.

Anyhow, happy birthday Joss... and although you're jaded, please come back to TV and give me something, anything worth watching.

From a the locked thread, eh?

Vegeta wrote:The Onion has an excellent interview with Joss Whedon that I thought many would enjoy.
Unfortunately, he covers so many subjects:

Buffy (TV, comics)
Angel (TV, comics)
Serenity (TV, comics, movies)
Ripper (TV)
Fray (comics)
X-Men (comics)
Runaways (comics)
Goners (movies)
Wonder Woman (movies)

So, I just didn't know where to post it in an existing thread. Therefore, I made a new one. If this thread is a dupe, or considered one, my apologies.
