Am I the only one who thinks it's ironic they used "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" to promote the release of a movie? I know it's not technically television, but same diff.

I think the costume and production design look incredible, and whether or not you're personally impressed, the fact that the cast is almost entirely black and the setting almost entirely in Africa is pretty significant. That said, the story looks like standard superhero fare: villain who wants to remake the world by destroying everything in it for some reason, good guy/bad guy who have to be mirror images of each other for some reason, and lots of medium-shot coverage with way, way too much CGI. Half of these effects shots looked better in the first trailer.
