Anyone else looking forward to this one? I have no idea whether or not it holds up, but I'll find out soon enough. And its got Carnivale's Clancy Brown, which is always a plus.

I liked what I saw, which wasn't much. It was rather generic. I tuned in because of Clancy Brown, who was his own solid self. My wife and I just finished the "Carnivale" season one DVDs, and I must say that watching the man work is a pleasure. I even own a battered VHS copy of "The Bride," solely to see him act.

Herc's article on the main page reminded me how much I loved this show. I kind of blocked it from my mind because it ended so suddenly, but it was really well done and excellently cast.

I really don't get into buying DVDs anymore, but if I see this mother on sale, I make splurge.

Ok I loved Earth 2 but before I go out and buy it on dvd is there some kind of closer at the end of season one? I mean I'd hate to get back into and have it not end.

I forgot she was even on this show. Weird. I guess I do have Gayheart-Aversion Syndrome. Doctor's aren't so dumb.

And truthfully, I never follow celebrity news. I love to be entertained, but don't give a shit about the spoile assholes off camera.

Well, picked this up yesterday with the Thing. Watched the Pilot episode, and it was a lot better than I thought it would be. The score is really wonderful, and it holds up relatively well, though Antonio Sabato Jr. is a terrible, terrible actor and I don't think anything will change that. Can't wait until Terry O'Quinn shows up. Oh and the transfer quality is pretty bad IMO, and includes vdeo streaks in some parts. Also, the special features include an episode of Cleopatra 2525. Why anyone would ever want that is beyond me.
