Twin Town on dvd?

has anyone seen this little fun ass movie? i always end up forgetting it when i am shopping for dvd's down at Borders/ Best Buy/Barnes&Noble/etc. a few yrs ago i asked about it while shopping at a Sam Goody's and the dude brought it up on the computer but said it had not been released on dvd, only vhs.

seen it years ago on VHS.
liked it, but since I can't seem to recall anything about it aside from the brothers (I hate when moves lie in their titles!), their accents and a bunch of crazy shit, I don't think I liked it THAT much.
looking at IMDB now, good cast. Guess this was Rhys big break, can't say the same for his brother.

Personally, I'm an atheist in the voting booth and a theist in the movie theatre. I separate the morality of religion with the spirituality and solace of it. There is something boring about atheism.
