Kisses And Caroms streets on DVD today from Warner Brothers Home Video and can be found at Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, NetFlix and WalMart.

Kisses And Caroms is about a girl who arranges a threesome to show her ex-boyfriend that she is his dream girl, but blinded by his libido, he believes their relationship is best left as friends. Through the antics of offbeat characters at a billiard pro shop, he realizes all his fantasies in her, but is it too late?

Kisses And Caroms stars Nicole Rayburn (Playboy), Drew Wicks (Scrubs), Nikki Stanzione (Young and the Restless) and Adult film icon Ginger Lynn Allen (American Pie Band Camp).

Checkout the trailer at:

The DVD has 2 commentaries, one producer/filmmaker commentary and a cast commentary with all key actors. I take part in both commentaries.
Also included is a making of featurette, an outtakes featurette and an auditions featurette, the short film Helium and a photo gallery.

Tell me what you think?

Just look at that av. Does it not scream "porn distributor"? At least he's upfront about his plantiness.

Still, if both sonnyboo and Kevin Smith endorse, then maybe its worth a look. Anyone else seen this?

Huh, this got moved from DVD to Struggling Filmmakers. I thought DVD was a better fit for it, I'm not really strugging if it got into WalMart from Warner Brothers, am I??

Thanks Sonny.

Monorail, in a past life I was a porn guy, I guess I still reek of it.

To paraphrase lawyer Joseph Welch: "At long last, sir, have you no shame?"

Just watched your YouTube trailer; it looks good! I'll try to catch it.

hmm ineresting point Vince, we tend to whack anything being promoted by the filmmaker themelves into Shameless Promotion (don't take offence, it's a jokey name) so I'm not sure why this ends up in struggling filmmakers as you seem to have struggled through and achieved what you wanted. If you want to, just ask a mod to put it in the other room. Welcome to the zone anyway, I hope you arent just registering to pimp.

Welcome, Vince.

I moved it over to Struggling Filmmakers because that's where we put the films/videos of Zoners who are making work. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're interested in being a Zoner, as opposed to just promoting your film.

If that's the case, I'll have to put it in the Shameless Promotion Room, a far less glamorous fate.

Zone Purgatory.

At least the thread will actually be read here Vince. Be happy. Also, post some stuff in the Zone that isn't self-promotional, I'd love to get a former porn-guy's perspective on a few of these threads,

It wasn't so much a shameless promo as it was more of me gloating ;-). OK, maybe it was a bit shameless...

Naw, I have nothing else to pimp, Kisses And Caroms is it, I'm all pimped out now, so all thats left is to toss my .02 on others stuff and argue with Peter, although we've never argued, but what the hell this is a good place to start.

Cool, it just seemed that DVD was a better place. I know Kevin Smith is a board member, if he posted about the C2 DVD would that get moved here too?? I'm not bitching. I just read the descriptions and thought DVD was the most fitting, but if you say here, then I say OK.

I will do that, although today is mostly promo. The flick streeted today and I owe it to my mortagage company to pay back that 2nd...

Don't get me wrong, that was a compliment I posted. That AV is gold, man. Gold, I say!

Also, this really should be moved back to DVD, in all fairness. Its not just promotion, it has sparked Zone discussion and at least one Zoner has seen it. Vince's "Kevin Smith" argument carries weight, in my submission.

HAHAHAHA

Vince deserves to be in DVD, although Struggling Filmmaker as equally apt (not the struggling as much as a real filmmaker too).

You're right Vince, we don't really fight.

I found the movie to be worthy of the Kevin Smith endorsement and it was really funny & well done. This ain't no amature hour feature either, it's very professional and looks great.

Woo Hoo, I got moved back to DVD. I feel a sence of accomplishment, but is it? Maybe there are more views in Struggling filmmakers? Ahh, well. Has anyone else seen it other then Peter??

No zoners have seen it? Maybe I am still a Struggling Filmmaker?

Kisses and Caroms has spawned a book on the making of the movie. The book is like a remake of Rober Rodriguez's book So I titled it Rebel without a Deal. If anyone is interested.

Also Kisses and Caroms is available on Netflix's instant streaming, so it's totally free for NF users.

Congrats on making your film, Vince. I'm not really a Kevin Smith / Judd Apatow type of guy, so I probably won't see it. But you should use your connections with the adult entertainment world and take up Andy Sidaris's mantel. I felt really sad that he died and didn't get to make his final film, Battle Zone Hawaii. Maybe you could make it in his honour, like how Tom Tykwer made Kryztoff Kieslowski's unfilmed script for Heaven. Sidaris's widow is a really nice lady and very dedicated to her husbands legacy, so she should be pretty easy to deal with. Call her up and see if she still has the script for Battle Zone Hawaii. I'd be happy to help finish the script if it's not done.

Get Lucy Pinder firing a uzi in there.

I dig his stuff, but not sure I wanna Kubrick his script into a Spielberg flick. I do think we need a Russ Meyer for the new age and god I'd love to be him, but in truth I'd just be happy to make another film.
