I heard talk of this. I don't think that'll happen. I got a feeling a Lesnar-Rock rematch might be in the works.
bastard_robo wrote:Well, what now... I watched ECW from last night... Its now an odd landscape for wrestling... As my friend put it, the last great technical wrestler is now gone. All of the "SEASONED" veterans are either retired or gone. The current WWE roster is made up of a LOT of guys who have barley been in the bussiness, let alone have any real time under their belts to be on TV.
Hell, the most experienced WORLD champ on the roster is EDGE! FUCKING EDGE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a bad feeling that this is the first sign of the end... IN the next 10 years wrestling will be nothing... and end up like roller duby... which saddens me...
MMA, for as much as I love it, wont replace wrestling. Its not excatly the same. As much as you want to "BUILD" a guy, all it takes is one loss and said guy is knocked off the top and isnt jack shit anymore.
And building a match.. much diffrent than building a wreslting match, and if you hype a MMA match, just like it is with boxing, if the match ends early or with a quick knock out.. you feel ripped off!
I just wished that TNA knew how to book, and keep compition alive..
