Another great episode, not so many LOL moments but consistently amusing nonetheless.

Our expectations were confounded and from thence the humour arose.

Yeah... I hadn't really thought about it that way before, but now that you mention it, the IT setting/premise doesn't have much to do with the humor per episode. It's sort of in the background, while Roy goes "off for a lech" on the fifth floor or Moss loses his coffee mug. I've only seen the first season, but it's pretty enjoyable. Chris Morris's psycho boss is definitely the best part so far.

An almost-remake with Joel McHale as Roy?? Crazy!

Not sure how I feel about his son...

I just caught up to this point in the show. Chris Morris was great, so I know how you feel, although the episode where he dies is pretty epic. "FATHER!!!!!!"

I just finished(...?) watching The IT Crowd. Was season 3 the final season? Anyway I thought it was pretty good, even up until the end. And as much as I missed the character of Denholm/Chris Morris, Matt Berry was quite hilarious as his son. Also, his voice is so deep! He sounds like he could narrate Masterpiece Theatre.

"What is Jen doing with the Internet!?!?"

That episode is golden from start to finish.
Elitism is positing that your taste is equivalent to quality, you hate "Hamlet" does it make it "bad"? If you think so, you're one elite motherfucker.

Matt Berry is awesome. There seems to be an awesome brit comedy troupe between Berry, Ayoade, Fulcher (though not British), Barratt, etc...

Nathan Barley, Snuff Box, Man To Man, Darkplace, AD/BC, and their others are all funny shows.
