I'd skin her and wear her skin like a dress.

Is it me, or did her tits really shine in last episode? Even covered with paint..

it was ok, but they've done better. best part was jeff's hallucinations after being hit with the monkey knockout gas.
i hope this show doesn't start getting too touchy-feely. it ruined the office, and it would ruin this show too. stick with the absurd and goofy stuff. dont try to get serious.

Loved the musical opening. The rest of the episode was good, too.
I don't think this show can take itself too seriously to be touchy-feely. I loved the "National Lampooning" line from the dean. Jeff's monkey gas dream was great. Chang's new job could be hilarious.
And John Goodman was awesome, awesome, awesome - almost to a fault.

the first few eps of this show were lacking, but the alternate realities episode was great. even though it's an uneven show, i keep watching for the occasional brilliance of episodes like that one. and i'm looking forward to seeing more evil troy and evil abed.

one thing that's been annoying me on the show though is britta. when the show began, she and jeff seemed like the "normal" ones, or as close to it as you got on this show, to contrast with all the other odd and wacky cast memebers, but she's been turned into such a goofy caricature now that it's getting to be a bit old.

While I don't think that those saying that this announcement equals the end of Community, as we will probably get the rest of season three (feels like Arrested Development de ja vu) and the inevitable "YOU GUYS AT NBC ARE DICKS!" petition have only just started, I think that we can all agree that YOU GUYS AT NBC ARE DICKS!

Chevy Chase and Dan Harmon's Bitter Community Feud Leaks Online

Yeah, Chevy Chase has been a notoriously difficult guy to work with, that much is a given. But doing that shit in front of his wife and daughter?????? And then taking that act on the road????
1. This could all be cleverly staged by Chase and Harmon.
2. But it's not, so Harmon is a fucking asshole in my book.
3. Chase isn't very good at making up viscous insults on the fly.

By all accounts Chase is a nightmare on set, but that was a low blow on Harmon's part. As the article suggested, the two of them seem to have incredibly similar personalities, which makes for a volatile combo. If the show is lucky enough to get renewed, I hope this doesn't signal the end of their professional relationship, because regardless of what happens in-between takes, Chevy is a hilarious and invaluable member of the cast.

yeah, what harmon did (as described in that article) is pretty dickish. there was some other article that profiled the show (probably posted somewhere in this thread but i'm too lazy to find it) that described how chevy was practically an outcast on the show, how he didn't like or understand the writing, and how he didn't hang out or relate with the rest of the cast. sounds like he doesn't much like being on the show. if chevy goes though, there's only one logical person to replace him with:

charlie sheen.

You can tell from the commentaries that Chevy didn't get a lot of the things they were doing and a lot of jokes were poked at Chevy's expense.

However the timing of this story and everything, makes me think it was maybe a publicity stunt, but with these two jokers, you never know

I don't care how big an asshole you or the other guy is, act like a goddam professional. If you call out one of your employees for a chant of "Fuck you" at a company function you're a shitty boss, I don't care what industry you're in. The rest of the cast should have walked out with him, even if they have to qualify it with, "Chevy, you're a dick, but that was uncalled for." Also, not showing up for your scenes is an amateur move. I'm not excusing that, but humiliating a man in front of his family is beyond over the top.

But hey, the show is funny as fuck. Caught up with the last two episodes on demand. I thought I was going to piss myself when Jeff and Britta almost got married out of drunken anger. Nice use of French Stewart too.

they should have abed build a blanket fort time machine, and pierce enters it, then it malfunctions and when he comes out he's been transformed into his younger self.... played by charlie sheen.

even better (if they keep chevy around) is to have BOTH of them emerge, old pierce played by chevy and young pierce played by sheen. and then have one of them become a creepy stalker of the other one.

"I prefer movies because the money is better and certainly because you really know where you stand when you are making movies, and I have made a lot of them: 50 something, I don't know. The hours in this kind of show are not commensurate with the actual product," Chase candidly shared. "The hours are hideous, and it's still a sitcom on television, which is probably the lowest form of television. That's my feeling about it. I think the reason I have stuck around is because I love these kids, the cast - they are very good. It's not like I am working with the great innovators of all time, but at the same time, they are my friends..."

All that he said is perfectly OK, except its probably not something that should be publicly aired out, especially WHILE HE'S STILL ON THE FUCKING SHOW.

TROY AND ABED AIRING SOMEDAY!

As much as I regret what happened with Dan Harmon last year, I would still like to watch this show and also don't really understand what they pulled it in place of. Still, the fact that NBC both filmed and distributed this clip seems to suggest that the hiatus isn't a permanent one.
