Iconic Scenes of Iconic Actors

an underappreciated man in every way in our current public consciousness. Chaplin was flawed like any of us but this movie, this scene, in which he is breaking the 4th wall and talking directly to the audience of 1939, shows that he was a man ahead of his time, intellectually as well as morally, and one who had not forgotten the past either. I would gladly give up all material possessions to work for the cause of a person, a leader, that had the courage and vision to give this speech today in front of a national/international audience.
