The Hellboy animated stuff is supposed to be two straight to DVD movies and Cartoon Network will show them much like the recent dvd Ultimate Avengers animated movie.

Okay...this is one of the greatest cartoons of the last few years!!!! I could tell you a million things I like about it, but instead of this I just name the things I don't like:

- There are a few moments, when it's getting too funny. Almost Venture Bros-like. (I love the Venture Bros, but it'S a whole different show!)
- Animation could have been a little bit better (Lipsync!)

That's all! I hope it's getting on air (and on DVD)soon!

I think that's sorta too nit picky considering it's running as a less than ideal Shockwave movie at about 250 pixels wide. I don't think that is the best way to judge the animation quality of this possible show.

Just watched and filled out the survey...MAN was the cool. Funny as hell...and it looked awesome as well. I hope they pick this thing up...I would totally watch. Sci-Fi could use some damn cool cartoons. Part of me wishes this and Venture Bros. could be paired back to back. Whatever, I will be watching if it ever airs on TV.

Funny, Witty and very entertaining.

I loved the quality of the art work.

The one problem I have with this type of programme is I see too many Cartoons and Comics that have a tendency to live in the past, League of Extraorindary Gentlemen, Hellboy to name but 2. I am curious as to whether this is a trend because of the recent state of wars.

Its only a small gripe because I really enjoyed this cartoon. Now filling in the questionaire.

In any case, I'll movie it to animation because that section has been dead for a while, and it includes movies, tv shows, and online content... as long as it's animated I suppose.

Not on TV...yet.

If Sci-Fi channel does not go with this, and let's adult swim grab it, they are ALF. Yes, the entire organization will be mentally disabled; and act of your 'god'.

/I can just see them deciding to run more reruns of SG1 Battlebore Atlantis or some shit.

Hmmm. An on-line series? Not sure how much I would like that.

Like I said, I would love it if Sci-Fi tried to mimmick [as] and provide cool adult genre cartoons. This is the perfect starting point for them. It has a lot of talent behind it...and it is quality stuff. I rated the show "excellent" on the survey so...who knows.

This is the first thing I've seen in a while that, though going into it I was pretty siked because it was MM but, by the end it had me completely hooked, and I don't care if I have to watch it on the internet - as long as I get to see more.

The humor and the dialogue all felt very unique like something you would have seen on MTV's late night line up back in the day or something.

I fucking love it's originality and how brilliantly and perfectly weird it is.

They won't show the whole series online. They did it just with the pilot (It airs in a few weeks on SciFi, too!), to have some kind of Sneak Preview. Looks like they are not sure about the show, but seriously: They don't have to worry!

I hope this won't be one of these great shows, that will be canceled, because the channel fucks around with the shedule!!

Yeah...honestly I just want MORE. I would prefer if I didn't have to watch it on my computer but if that is what it takes than I will do it. I wonder if Giamatti would be willing to voice more episodes. I read in an interview two days ago that he recorded the voice for this pilot episode years ago...and that he wasn't aware what happened to it.

All I know is that I need more.

I think Sci-Fi is worried that this show doesnt fit in with their other programming so they are trying to gauge audience reactions to see if they should get more.

The pilot will air on TV on July 27th.

Its fits in a lot better than ECW for gosh sakes.

Sci-Fi could set up a bad ass block of cartoons. If they put on this show, perhaps old episodes of Aeon Flux, and some Cowboy Bebop...it would be a blast. I know I would watch...and it'd be a perfect late night addition to their line up...instead of simply playing old episodes of Stargate Atlantis and X-Files.

Big second from unikrunk; the current programming is, essentially, shit.

If they could get the go-ahead on some new animated stuff, say, The Adventures of Tom Strong, and maybe, oh I don't know, something like Top 10/The 49ers, and throw in The Amazing Screw-On Head, they may get a more committed audience.

Of course, they could just keep on showing SG5 Battleshit Atlantis and Huge-Ass-Animals movies. And I will continue to be inclined to watch another channel.
