Most interesting is the revelation of a 'Planet Hulk' direct-to-video animated feature, targeted for a February 2010 release from Lionsgate (Marvel's home video animation partner).

Interesting, Planet Hulk is one of the best Hulk stories ever written.
I can't wait.

From Newsarama
Hulk: Gamma Corps, which is contingent on the movie’s performance, is a TV cartoon that sees the Green Goliath teaming with other gamma-fueled characters, such as She-Hulk and Doc Samson.

Planet Hulk is a direct-to-DVD feature from Lions Gate, based on the popular 2007 comic-book storyline.

From Newsarama: NYCC '09 - Marvel Animation Panel
Q&A kicked off with a release date question on Thor: Tales of Asgard.
It’ll be late 3rd quarter or early 4th quarter this year.
More direct-to-DVD after Thor and Planet Hulk are possible depending on sales support of those films.

From CBR: NYCC: Marvel Animation
As for future projects, Rollman confirmed that the studio is exploring the possibility of making a Thor animated series after their currently in production "Avengers" cartoon, and even though the upcoming "Planet Hulk" is the last contracted Direct-to-Video DVD under their initial contract with Lion's Gate, they are interested in doing more and called on fans to support the series. When asked whether or not the "Vs." series of dual feature DVDs with established Marvel characters fighting as in the recent "Hulk Vs." release, Rollman did say the possibility was on the table.

This sounds cool. It's a very impressive looking comic too so it'll be interesting to see how they push it over to the crappy Fox animation style (aka - The Invincible Iron Man). And yes, I know if came out of Marvel Studios but I can't think of how else to describe the 2d style other then the older Batman cartoons from the Fox Network.
