Just watched the new clip. I liked the energy and action of it, it had a very comic book type feel to it. Although the Hulk still looks very CGI'd. He has too many shades of color or something. His skin should be one color. That would help I think.

In the draft script I have, Blonsky says after his first meet with Hulk that it was green ... or gray ... grayish-green. I think that's what they're trying for, which is a nod to the gray Hulk, but it doesn't make a lot of sense since there was no gray Hulk in the movie timeline that we know of.

They should just make him gray then. Not this greenish gray because I think it sort of brings the CGI look out more. Hes not supposed to look like a jewel with 12 diff shades of color.

I agree. There needs to be some mild range of tones, but he's six shades of green in these clips.

Ya know what it reminds me of. When you look at the bottom of the ocean or pond on a sunny day and theres all these shadows and shades of colors mixed together. Its distracting to the eye. They need to flatten the color to one shade so the Hulk looks more 3 dimensional.

I agree, TIH looks pretty cool. I am not totally jazzed about the total CGI look, but on the other hand, I don't know how else the Hulk could be done effectively. I will definetly fork over some cash to check this out.

Seriously, everything looks great. The Hulk looks like a freakin animal the way he trembles when he gets really pissed, but I'm afraid I must impose a "Hulk preview clip" embargo on myself from now until opening day.

This is something that is slowwwwwly bugging me.

Why the fuck do all of these adaptations have to be aimed at ADULTS? I realize that the people who grew up on alot of this stuff are.. GROWN UP now, but alot of this material is or was aimed at kids at one point.

Yeah, makes for good movies and stories, but, really.. everything has to be fucking "dark" and "adult"

I think Norton is better cast as Banner than Eric was (star power and talent-wise). Norton's portrayal in Painted Veil (which was a bit of a lame movie) actually reminded me a bit of Banner.

It's a gimmicky format, but somehow it really works here. They seen to have great chemistry going between them, I think.
