What Songs Sums You Up Best?

Heh, don't ban me if this thread's been done before but I think this would be a good thread.

List (with links preferably, either video or just audio to the song you have in mind) what songs sum you and your useless pathetic wasteful lives (yes you are all wasters, why do you think you are here in this place reading my post for? Heh, don't ban me Mister How Dare Kirk Call Me A Waster, I'm the one with the highest post count here, can't get any worse than that. Until Havoc overtakes me soon, it don't mean a thing man, Shania Twain, Anna Paquin, ELLEN(!!!) aren't gonna love ya for it. Only the other Canadian moron, Jim Carrey, and loads of other dumb country animals.). Oh and please list why. Again, this is apart of Kirk's Zoner Psychology examination. I like to know what brain nutrients you guys have before I can eat it after I've chatted it up, got it drunk, fed it drugs, took it back to my place, shoved my hand up it's skirt on the way up the stairs to my room, seduced, manipulated then shagged it, before letting my pet Otters have their way with it before kicking it out in the morning without even cooking it breakfast, before I get an even younger and more stupid one round for the afternoon, with my knowledge of it's weaknesses.

Anyway, here's my song.

Get the idea?

This has been more or less covered with the Sountrack to your Life thread. Good idea, though.

EDIT: Also "The Piano Has Been Drinking" by Tom Waits

And the Irish folk song "Carrickfergus", for the lines "I'm drunk today, and I'm rarely sober ..."

Well I think I'm doing my self a grave disservice to say that only one song could describe my brilliance. But Nirvana's "Where Did You Sleep Last Night" Is appropriate in some ways. And "Subtarranean Homesick Alien" by Radiohead too.

Exactly.

Actually, I don't know precisely what song could properly describe my brilliance. But whatever song it is, it's probably really short.

Songs that describe my dullness, however, would be epic in length.

Sigh.

You know.... The original lyrics to that Leadbelly song is "black girl, black girl, where did you sleep last night". So do you see yourself as the perspecuted black girl, or a torn up blues man?

Great choice there Pacino... That is a great song...

A song to sum me up... I love 'gorecki' by lamb, which will be the song that gets played at my funeral or wedding or whatever comes first...

But the song that sums me up is probably Don't stop movin' by sclub7...

That's the point, he just puts people down and never sings. Hence its a contradiction.
