I've got the Frankenstein "Franchise Collection" and that'll do me for a good long while. "Dracula" just, and I hate to say this but it's true, has not aged well. The Spanish version they did is actually a lot better.

My Frankenstein - The Legacy Collection came that way. You could hear a disc slipping around inside the case. Luckily I was able to exchange it for another one.

I think the Legacy collections are good enough. I have The Mummy, Frankenstein, Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon and The Wolf Man sets. Sure, they aren't "re-mastered" but I don't think they need to be. These are very old films and the minor artifacts don't bother me in the slightest.

Yeah, I grew up with these films on crappy old uhf channels, so I understand the appeal of the old grainy print, for sure. But they do have a couple of good documentaries from back when A&E was still doing them right. Although, I'd think they could get a little more-respectable an authority for a commentary than the author of 'Dracula, Dead and Loving It.' Good. Times.
