I didn't see this - although it sounds like it could be kind of amusing, really.
But it makes me think of Faith No More's song RV -do you know it? It has great lyrics - Mike Patton mumbling things like "Yeah, I sweat alot" , "Would anyone tell me if I was getting any stupider" and "Talking to myself -everybody's staring at me".

Yeah, check it out, it's funny. Never heard of that tune. Sounds like it should be on the RV soundtrack though.

I will. Here's one of their MySpace pages that has RV on it.

But Tom Hanks being all childish just made me smile a lot, I couldn't help it.

Not for me it wasn't. But glad to have caught up then.

It's not terrible. What's the problem?

I still don't think a lot of people consider it one of Chevy Chase's best films or even close to it.

I think mine would be Care Bares because I'm certianly not embarassed by the Disney greats.

Oh my god. Terrible lines....No wonder Raul Julia died, he was at a test screening. This is the actual video that they watch in 'The ring' and in 7 days they die.

Exactly, how can you hate such a film?
It also has the worst military mission in history, which my brother and me giggle through. Basically involves Guile making no attempt to stealthily grab the hostages.

I e-mailed Bruce once. Told him I loved Congo. He never replied. Wonder why...?

Don't be. The hatred for Hook is a blasphemy. I love that film so much, watched it every year at christmas when I was younger. It's one of the best Spielbergs to me. To me it's THE Peter Pan story. The music; the Robin Williams discovering how to fly again sequence; the Dustin Hoffman brilliance. It's all Bangerang to me!
