The idea is that you have to survive on this island after your cruse ship is destroyed. You and this girl wash up on the beach and you go about finding some where to live and getting the basics together. Fire, water, food... I've only played a little bit so I'm just in the setup stages of my 'Lost' lifestyle... and eating strange red mushrooms that make me feel dizzy but it seems good fun. The usage of the stylus seems really good and responsive when I'm cutting up coconuts.
Think nintendogs but with people and you can’t throw a ball.

It seems good, I only went for the second due to my belief that they were similar games but then second was more refined.
It does seem to be good fun, I'm trying to get into the whole idea of it and my guys are always bloody hungry but it does seem fun. I can't wait to make a weapon or something so I can go and get some meat!!!!

Just a question: are you referring to Big Brain Academy?
I've been looking up some reviews on IGN (reliable?) and reading up on some of the suggestions here... I'm having a major overload. I want to start with a couple of games: right now I'm leaning to Advance Wars and Trauma Center, but then again maybe I should get New Super Mario Bros. or Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, or Metroid Prime Hunters, or Contact, or AAAAAAARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!
I think it'll come down to what I can find in my area, for the first couple of games. Once I know more (and have a bit more money), I might start ordering stuff online... OMG I can't wait, but I can't make a decision!!! I WANT IT ALL!!!!
EDIT: Half an hour later, I'm still totally overwhelmed... how does the wi-fi work? The DS would just hook up to my router, or do i need some sort of special account?

I've been wondering about that one myself, and IGN gave it a horrible review. Already on the box it says that it doesn't support Flash videos and various file formats, such as pdf. To top it off the price tag is kinda hefty, and the IGN review I read said it was slow as hell.
