One of my deep dark secrets was that once, I really wanted Bryan Adams "Everything I Do" played at my wedding. I've grown out of it but my thirteen year old Renaissance Faire girl heart still kinda digs it...

But I think Giant's "I'll see you in my dreams" belongs on any cheese list.

I don't know if they're really all that cheesy, but I was in an '80s-themed nightclub the other day (as if there were any other kind) and I went bat-shit crazy when the DJ played three Billy Idol songs in a row! After dancing through Eyes Without a Face, Hot in the City and White Wedding I could barely breathe. It would probably have made more sense if they played Dancing With Myself though, seeing as how that's exactly what I was doing.

A wrong ballad song by the typically right singer, can be chronically cheesey, but only the cruelest, most miserly of souls could condemn Dusty, I would say.

Plus, there's the whole Retroactive cool thing of having her the Pulp Fiction soundtrack, so she's mostly safe, I think...

Perhaps more cholestorl-y than cheesey, but I can't help but love...

That reminds me of the mix tapes we'd play at house parties when at high-school (very early high school - none of that "just a little more" going on yet)- and then sit around with sweating palms to see if a slow dance would happen with that one cute boy life was worthless without.
