What do you think of it?
Just started listening, but I'll be back to chat on it at some point soon - it's really good.
Seriously the dude makes perfect pop songs. I love all his albums but this one stepped up production wise and really helped his craft not hindered it.
Glad to hear you are liking it though.

Check out some of the archives of the "All Songs Considered" podcast on the NPR site. Jens played guest DJ a few weeks back. They played a few snippets of his stuff, and I've got to say I'm intrigued. I'll have to check out the full-length.

nice!
I did my noms for that category based on the play count on itunes.
with 68plays, "Before I Knew" was by far the winner...but, to be fair, a good 50 of those plays were courtesy of my special lady friend. And that's not even counting the amount of times she's played it on her i-pod!
have you heard the full length yet Stereo? I know the "official" release is early 2k8, but I figure you 'prolly got it already...
hey, this may be a bit much to ask, but could you (or anyone else for that matter) maybe put a direct link up from HypeMachine or Elbo (rather, whatever blogger posted the tracks) for each song nominated...or at least for that track?
Quicktime is acting all sorts of wonky on my 'puter, so I can't, or else I would've already...

There's actually quite a few albums amongst these I thought would have got a mention in here - MIA, PJ Harvey, White Stripes, Amy Winehouse I thought might have gotten more of a mention - even Wilco and kanye West.
