Given 10/10 it is a must buy for all PC gamers. So much so that I rushed out and bought it today when my paycheck came through.
The worst thing ever happened. The frickin' CD key was half printed.
I'm spitting blood over this.
I now have to wait another 2 days before I can change it again. Man, I'm pissed off.....
but I digress. Anyone witnessed the awesomeness of this 4 in wonder pack?
Zamers...(zoner gamers) please tell me it's awesome.
Team fortress looks so sweet.

How much did it set you back?

Steam has Half Life 1 and all add-ons, Half life 2, etc and by now, it'd be a hell of a download!

Sorry CeeBee...I didn't make myself clear. I bought all my stuff for steam. I haven't paid a single dime, cent, or pound for something which isn't tangible.
My copy is bought. The printed sheet which comes in the box had a half printed serial. THAT'S what's so annoying.

you can just buy the stuff you want off steam.

So Portal: Still Alive just came out on the 360 today for 1200 points.
Played the trial version.
It was fucking brilliant.
Not going to buy it though.
Buying the Orange Box (finally) so i could play the original version of portal & also catch up on everything that's happened since i played the original half life.
Would have bought it last year, but:
1) my gfx card is an old, noisy piece of shit
2) i didn't have a 360 until recently
King Of Nowhere wrote:Too late, it's already ordered.
To be honest, my pc is on it's way out.
I've replaced the monitor, the power supply, the ram, the sound card, the dvd drive, the hard drive, ( i've got 2 running just encase one fucks up), the operating system...
I will miss the mods though.
Mods are one of the best parts of first person shooters & have been since doom.
but my pc would most likely die if i put a new gfx card in it & i'm pretty much sick of having to repair it all the time.
If i buy another one pc i'll trade in the 360 version for the pc version, until then...

When pressed on the possibility of hearing more about the game by the end of 2009, Newell downright dismisses the question and, instead, chooses to speak about the "rhythm" the team working on Episode 3 is developing

Wouldn't risk it SJ. Having an old PC, this game WILL be hellish to play.
It's good to have 6 Gig of Ram and a 896Mb X260.
