I hate the BEPs more than most, because I was forced to see them live a few years ago. There was a tour that Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera co-headlined, and the BEPs were the opening act. I had built some equipment for Christina's show, and there was a problem with it, so I had to go to Chicago to fix it during the tour. That meant that I had to watch the show that night to make sure the fix worked (actually, I watched two nights - they played the show in two different venues in Chicago on successive days.)

So I saw the BEPs twice. I'd never heard of them before. I thought they sucked badly. Their sound was awful. Their voices were awful. Their style was awful. They had some guy who didn't sing or rap or make any sound whatsoever; he just danced. He got the most applause! I thought, "Great. You all should just shut up and dance and get it over with." What a waste of decibels.
