His dump in his pants when he's drunk is huge, I'm sure.

What the hell is Roth doing producing this nonsense? I mean, not that he's a snob or sumptin', but this is weird. Weird, I say. Who's directing, Del Toro?

I assumedby Roth you meant Tom Roth (ETA: Rothman) from Fox, Eli??????

WTF???

I suspect this film (if it ever gets made which I doubt) will have it's tongue pushed squarely in it's cheek or knowing Roth between two butt cheeks.

I also wouldn't be suprised if this didn't make it into theatres and ended up straight to DVD like all those shitfests QT "Executive Produced" back in the 90's.

Is this the final sign of the impending Apocalypse? Maybe.

I want them to do it dead serious and full of angst like the Miami Vice movie.

That's what I want, angsty lifeguards brooding intensely.

Oh, and Keeley Hazell in a lead role.

...no wait, that was just my pants rising. I'll stick to googling her and that scene, and give Baywatch a pass.

C'mon man, BAYWATCH and the film OVER THE TOP are what taught me what everyday life is like in the USA.

It would be hilarious if they landed some random prestige actor for this. Hopefully they'll cast Daniel Day Lewis as Michael Newman and he'll spend the next ten years working as a lifeguard to prepare for the role and then win an Oscar for it.

now THAT'S an all-female cast i can get behind!

not really. i'll be as likely to watch this movie as i am to watch neu-ghostbusters. unless this movie turns out to be a hard-R with lots of sex and nudity... in which case i'll try to catch it some night at 2am on skinemax.

The swimsuits aren't cut high enough. Not sexy! If you're gonna reboot a series, make it sexier than the original!

i'm glad to see hollywood has finally moved past the days when gorgeous women were used merely as attractive props in films while all the action and lines were given to the men in the cast.

See, women are doing objectively fine as they are. Stop trying to change it you boring bastard or soon they'll be wearing woolly jumpers just to cover themselves up to appease the oh so ethically liberal fuckingfeminists.

I never thought it would come down to a Baywatch movie featuring scantily clad women.

Well, when you think about TV-remake comedies, it's probably a pretty low bar to clear

In a word, no. I'm not proud to admit that I watched this movie mostly for the slo-mo cheesecake shots, but I walked in with pretty low expectations and it still failed to meet them. If you didn't like the 21 Jump Street movies stay away from Baywatch, because this is basically a really, really bad version of 21 Jump Street.

wasn't really on my radar. I have only seen the first Jump Street movie, it was an ok dumb comedy. After seeing the corpse humor in the trailer for this one I could tell it was not worth the watch.
