This supposedly takes place right after Civil War (that was the one where everybody fought and the team broke up, if you're having a hard time remembering them all). I wouldn't be surprised if there was something else going on here, though.

That bad guy looks like a cobra trooper from GI Joe. This marvel movie doesn't feel like a no brainer/winner.

I mean, yeah, maybe, but only because Marvel didn't fucking think to give this character a standalone before she died.

This is one of the most interesting characters in the MCU, for my money. Yeah, partially because she's hot, but mostly because her backstory is almost completely unexplored (at least in the MCU).

If it feels forced, it's because of studio mis-steps, I think...not story making.
